We don’t take direction from our clients; we act as an outsourced growth team with the responsibility to lead strategy and iteratively grow revenue, using a specific weekly methodology of growth meetings and task management. 

Growth Lead

The Growth Lead is a former venture-backed founder with a marketing skillset who acts as the fractional Head of Growth for the client and provides direction, strategy, accountability, and leadership. You lead the weekly growth meeting as if you are Head of Growth of their company and take responsibility for the client’s growth, guiding their decision making and thinking strategically on whether things are moving in the right direction, while working closely with your associated Marketing Manager to successfully execute on your strategy.

Responsible for:

  • Monthly revenue growth
  • Guiding the client
  • Convening & communicating
  • Maintaining focus

Time Commitment:

  • Onboarding: 2 Weeks, 6-8 hours per week
  • Ongoing: 2-3 hours per week

Onboarding Tasks:

  • Lead kick-off meeting (map out funnel)
  • Lead messaging offsite
  • Draft landing page w/client

Weekly Tasks

  • Lead weekly meeting
  • Assigning focus area / choosing tests to execute
  • Assign all tasks in Asana and answer questions
  • Ongoing analysis (surveys, LTV, new tech, etc.)
  • Occasional board meeting, investor meeting, etc.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager drives the success of our clients through strategic management and expert guidance. Your expertise in marketing optimizations and strategies will be leveraged to help the team continuously improve and scale client KPIs. You will manage all marketing channels and platforms, keeping the pulse of the team moving forward. You will work closely with the Growth Lead to set ambitious yet achievable weekly goals based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the team's workload by assigning tasks and ensuring their completion. As the primary point of contact for creative needs, you will oversee the delivery of all creative assets, ensuring they meet the client's brand guidelines and are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsible for:

  • CPA
  • Weekly project management (manages designer & moving parts)
  • Quality control / editor on all creative elements

Time Commitment:

  • Onboarding: 2 Weeks, 8 hours per week
  • Ongoing: 6-8 hours per week

Onboarding Tasks:

  • Back-fill 6 weeks of backward looking metrics
  • Audit current media channels for low-hanging fruit

Weekly Tasks

  • Ad channel adjustments
  • Outline & implement email campaigns
  • Manage creative

Full Stack Creative

The creative is responsible for all things, em, creative. While the scope of work can vary depending on the specific contract formed by the client and sales lead, most generally it includes the design and build of landing pages, creative and copy for ads across all channels, email design and copy, and ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary by the Growth Lead. Speed of execution is a high priority, while maintaining a high standard of design and polish to all work.

Time Commitment:

  • Onboarding: 2 Weeks, 8 hours per week
  • Ongoing: 8-10 hours per week

Onboarding Tasks:

  • Organize all previous creative work
  • Create style guide
  • Build new landing page
